Not working: redeem Apple Music code by registering in Beats by Dre

One week ago I have bought a new Beats X, here in Spain. They included a promo for three free months of Apple Music. "To redeem your offer, visit beatsbydre.com/register and use the code below", said the box. Well, the answer that i get from the web site is that they are having technical problems. When i register my Beats leaving blank the space for the promo code the registration does work. I have consulted with the technical support department, spoke to about 5 different agents, and they keep saying that the codes are been actualized because they belong before the purchase of Beats by Apple (three years ago) or that they are taking a week to solve technical problems at the Beats website. Does anybody hear knows how to issue a complaint and an alternative solution for this? Thanks.

Yes, please see my previous posts for solution.

helpful note: in the chat I would reference to this Apple discussion page to make your conversation and explanation easier. Just tell them you having the exact same issue as indicated in the topic of discussion, that way they see that at least one persons issue was resolved and they may see how their coworkers corrected it, it will be a quicker resolution for you . Resolved. Alternatively I was issued an Apple Music redemption code by Apple after contacting them about this very same issue . I had to input this code through the iTunes app. There's obviously something wrong with the redemption field for the Beats by Dre registration page. However you'll just need to contact Apple for solution and hopefully they can provide you with the same solution. Just make sure you have your proof of purchase receipt, the redemption code you received with your Beats by Dre purchase, and the serial number of your Beats by Dre item. Here is the direct link for Contacting apple for issues specifically related to Beats by Dre, which will allow you the option to chat or call or schedule a call; https://getsupport.apple.com/?caller=cups&PRKEYS=

I recommend using chat first since it allows you to upload these items to the Apple specialist you're chatting with and then once the info is collected and verified they will connect you with a Apple rep who can further assist over the phone .

I don't know about you, but I don't have another hour to spend on this. I explained the issue very carefully to every representative, provided all requisite information, and it didn't work the first four times. I'm very pleased that you had good luck, but I'm not banking on a second try working any better. The best course of action at the moment is to wait for everyone else to complain in support chat & get the Beats staff to fix the form.

I'm on the same boat. Technical issues for a whole week. I called Beats and they send me to iTunes department. They couldn't figure out why and eventually got transferred to Apple Senior Advisor who was very helpful in getting me another Apple Music code & confirmed Beats page was having technical issues but that everything was fine now . Tried again and the Beats page is still giving error message. I'll contact specialist tomorrow and see what else can be done. Ridiculous the amount of time Beats page has been down.

Its the same issue with mine, i got my beats on the 29th of March, called apple as soon as i had the problem from their website. The support then transferred me to the beats team since they cant do anything about it. Ended the call without any resolutions. They just advised me to check the website every now and then since their engineers are "working very hard" on it. Checked it again today (April 22) and no luck for that. How long would it take for them to usually fix a glitch on their system considering the company's reputation? Yes, i do understand that its promotional for every beats product (free) but i don't think they should advertise this if it doesn't even work in the first place. I gotta tell you, I'm really disappointed, apple.

Just tried to redeem the code that I got when I purchased the beatsX back on May 10th. Apple support rep informed me that because Apple discontinued to promotion on May 19th, any code that was not redeemed before that date will not work. How hard would it be to just respect the codes that they released and shipped out and not include the promotion with any other Beat's devices? That seems more customer friendly, and aligned with "think different" mantra than just cutting us off at the ankles! It's $15-$30 bucks and that's not the issue. The issue is that they did not honor their promotion and that hurts.

The code is still being included with beats packages. I read the whole card I received with my beats solo 3 wireless.and no expiration date or promotional period was indicated. If it was only valid for a certain time period, Apple should have indicated this on the card containing the code. I tried going to the website to register the head phones but it doesn't work.
