How do I remove the redirect virus from my Macbook Air?

Hi! I have a Macbook Air 11-inch, early 2014 OS X Yosemite Version 10.10.1. My problem is, everytime I'm on my browser, oftenly, I get redirected to a website called 'ww1.webshoppersmac.com' Previously, I've tried blocking Cookies & website data which apparently lessens the redirects, which is true in my case, but the thing is, I go to a lot of websites that apparently need Cookies meaning I need to activate it which would bring back the redirects. I really wanna get rid of the redirects permanently. How can I do this? Thank You!

After trying the above suggestions by rccharles,

you can try running the Malewarebytes: https://www.malwarebytes.com/
