Sticky cursor & jumping rows after last update to 10.12.4

Since last update to Mac OS 10.12.4 on my MBP, 15 inch, 16 Gb, mid 2014, when moving my finger "as usually" on the trackpad, the cursor has become sticky and text jumps to the extent that working on the screen is a real pain.

MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2014), macOS Sierra (10.12.4)

Hi,

Back up, as you always should.

Revert to your previous OS and see if the issue persists. If not, decide whether you're rather stay on that OS with the issue resolved, or go back to Sierra and live with the issue, with the potential to have it fixed in a future update. Let Apple know about it in any case: https://www.apple.com/feedback/macos.html and http://www.apple.com/feedback/macbookpro.html
