Insufficient information to reset questions
I received an iPad for work, and I got to keep it after the 2-year job was finished. They had me create a new email and new apple id to use the iPad while I was there, but now I'm back home and that email will be shut down and the apple id will become useless.
I am trying to switch my information, pictures, etc, over to the apple id I set up before with a gmail account. It wants me to answer the security questions probably because it hasn't been used for 2 years. I had to reset the password, which was easy. Just sent a link to the email, nice. Then I tried to answer the security questions, but failed many times. I'm pretty sure I got the answers right, but maybe spelled incorrectly. Maybe I added the model year, maybe I wrote Rd. or Rd or rd. I don't know and that is frustrating enough. Now it's locked until tomorrow.
My question is, after failing on the security questions too many times, it asked if I'd like to reset the security questions. Yes! The next page says they don't have sufficient information to reset my questions. So do I just try once every 24 hours to re-guess my questions so it takes days to get into my account? Or is there another way to reset this.
