MacBook and no opportunity to get support

My dear friends. I am in an inevitable situation.

Some downloaded movies in my macbook air changed format by themselves and I can not open them with the help of video player.

And the problem is that I can not call Russia apple support as phone number is only for calls from Russia and I live in Azerbaijan, and apple support doesn't support this country.

I have no idea what to do!!!

If somebody can help or know what to do, please write me

I can call any other counrty for support but I know only Russian and English language
