I'm thoroughly confused, your OS and Safari are both listed as supported:

Supported Operating Systems:

  • Mac OS X Mountain Lion (10.8)1

  • Mac OS X Yosemite (10.10)
  • Mac OS X El Capitan (10.11)
  • macOS Sierra (10.12)

Supported Browsers:

  • Safari 7, 7.1, 8, 9, 9.1, 10
  • Mozilla Firefox 50, 51, 52 (64bit only)

Trusteer was proffered one of my banks as well. I called and spoke to a representative, explaining that if their online banking was not secure without Trusteer, I would like to close my account immediately, and I would move to a bank that took security seriously, and whose online software was secure enough BY ITSELF.

They sheepishly replied that it was NOT actually required. Instead, this was a money-maker for them. "But lots of our customers appreciated the extra protection it afforded them."
