Safari does not work with any bank, and for some reason all browser that I try with some success before, are not working any more with 128 bit encryption, like firefox or chrome.

Maybe I did not explain my self, I have problems with a System form bbva compass bank that I use for wire transfers an payments that need 128. This system support all 128bit encryption browsers except safari. Also they have security system (trusteer) that only works with :

It sounds like your bank has changed something; contact them directly and ask which browsers they will "accept."
Uninstall Trusteer. I would not trust a bank that passes responsibility for their security to their users by making them install a third party app that causes problems. Search these communities for trusteer and user experiences.
Trusteer was proffered one of my banks as well. I called and spoke to a representative, explaining that if their online banking was not secure without Trusteer, I would like to close my account immediately, and I would move to a bank that took security seriously, and whose online software was secure enough BY ITSELF.
They sheepishly replied that it was NOT actually required. Instead, this was a money-maker for them. "But lots of our customers appreciated the extra protection it afforded them."

Did you install some third party app that claims to protect, clean, boost performance, etc.? If so, uninstall this app. Safari, FireFox, Chrome all support more than 128bit encryption.
Your are right. See my other reply.. looks like I have to get a different computer to work with my bank.
