Windows partition disappeared after resizing it.

My windows partition disappeared after resizing it. Found a post with a walkthrough for how to fix it.

Did everything and this is what I got in my terminal.

The problem is the second to last line, says the action was aborted because the disk cannot be opened. No idea how the **** this is a problem. Help please.

MacBook Pro, iOS 10.3.1, Windows 10 is the partition

There is a NTFS primary and backup and both seem to have been destroyed when it was formatted to HFS+. There is a tool included with Testdisk called PhotoRec. There are two other tools on the Testdisk page. You may want to try those to see what can be salvaged. If none of them work, then commercial recovery tools are your last resort.
