Windows partition disappeared after resizing it.

My windows partition disappeared after resizing it. Found a post with a walkthrough for how to fix it.

Did everything and this is what I got in my terminal.

The problem is the second to last line, says the action was aborted because the disk cannot be opened. No idea how the **** this is a problem. Help please.

MacBook Pro, iOS 10.3.1, Windows 10 is the partition
