iPhone 7 wont stay connected to wifi

The wifi network works just fine with my laptop and other cellphones, but my phone doesn't remain connected for more than 3 minutes or so at a time. I tried resetting my network and it still doesn't work. I have iOS 10.3.1

I found if you purchased the VPN and have it turned on your phone or iPad will not stay on the wifi. I had the same problem and I turned VPN off and it's been staying on the wifi. I hope this helps

I have a IPhone 7Plus same issue. I connect to wifi, as soon as the phone locks and I open it is back on LTE. 2 IPads and 2 other IPones stay on the network all the time. I go back on the network it locks and drops off.

Follow the steps here, including contacting Apple Support (mail-in service may be available, if required), making a Genius Bar reservation or visiting an Apple Authorised Service Provider if necessary:
