Hi my earpiece volume is very low, I have checked volume level, cleaned receiver for any dust, tried turning-off noise cancellation, remove screen protector and even restarted my phone no luck. My software is up to date I can't understand any reason for that. Anyone here who can help me

All of the steps you have taken were great to start with. What I would suggest next is doing the following steps from the If you can't hear a person on a call or voicemail or if the sound isn't clear on your iPhone - Apple Support article:
Check the receiver
Follow these steps to see if the issue is with your receiver or your network:
- Open the Voice Memos app and record a short audio clip. If you don't have the Voice Memos app, learn how to restore it.
- Tap
in the upper-right corner of your screen to switch playback between the speaker and receiver.
- Tap
to play the voice memo through the receiver on your device.
- If you hear the voice memo and it sounds normal (without distortion, crackling, or static), there might be an issue with your carrier network or voicemail system. Contact your carrier for more information.

Hi Alex thanks for your assistance. I have tried the voice memo as well. Same issue earpiece volume is very low, speaker is alright. Their is no distortion or crackling is an issue. Volume is the only issue
