Apple TV 4 keypad makes iPhone vibrate

it's telling you that the remote app can act as keyboard for input you can delete the remote app or remove the appletv from it

or go into settings and remove the remote apps rights to make notifications

Go to Settings/Notifications and turn off Allow Notifications.

Sorry, turn off Notifications for the Apple TV Keyboard specifically.
