Perhaps I'm not being clear....
An example of what I'm referring to is Google Chrome. When several tabs are open, there is very little space to grab the window to move it. I'm referring to something familiar to anybody who uses Microsoft Windows. On Windows, there is a bar above all windows, called the "title bar". This is not the menu bar. It's where application developers can add a title to the window. In older versions of Windows, it was a blue bar at the top of the window. With this title bar, it is easy to move a window around by clicking and dragging it. I'm asking if macOS has something similar.
Please don't flame me for mentioning Windows. I much prefer the Mac, however, there are some features in Windows I actually like.
