How do I *completely* disable AirPlay on iOS?

I hate to admit it, but I'm a young adult still living with my mother. On some nights, I tend to stay up a couple hours late watching YouTube videos before catching some shuteye. On some occasions, I've clicked the AirPlay button on the YouTube app by accident and had to gingerly rush downstairs to the living room to shut off the TV without waking her up. Luckily, I've always managed to get away with it. But I'm still worried of what might happen if I'm not fast or careful enough. Is there any way to *completely* disable AirPlay on my iPhone and iPod Touch (on the YouTube app or otherwise) so that I don't have to worry about it?

If you can work out how to create your own profile you can disable Airplay on your device by adding a profile that has no devices allowed.

Apple Configurator can do setup profiles, get it from the Mac App store.

Isn't there an Apple TV iOS app that can allow you power the thing off or stop playing something on it?
