I have two files in a folder named 'Recovered files' that showed in Trash after restart:

But I am curious about their origin.

You're welcome. The only thing I might add is that these temp files should get deleted by the application. But sometimes if an application quits unexpectedly, they don't. So when you restart your Mac they get moved to the Trash.
Recovered files are routinely created as a by-product of apps. They are Temporary files no longer needed. It's almost impossible to tell where they are from. But they are certainly safe to delete.
