How do I remove airprint from my iPad?

To print to pdf in iOS 10, select print from the sharing menu, then pinch apart on the print preview that appears. This produces a full-screen preview. Tap the sharing icon in the top corner of the full-screen preview, and select an app to save the pdf.
Hi dfly. If you're using an app from the printer supplier, you can remove the app. But, if you have an AirPrint-capable printer, the iPad will always see it when you select print. What are you trying to achieve?
I want to use the new print to pdf feature in IOS 10.3 but had previously had tried an airprint app. Now when I select "print" the only option is to connect to a printer and there is none. I cannot get the tab on the Print Page to save as pdf. So I am thinking I have to somehow cancel or reboot airprint... how?
Make sure your destination printer is airprint compatible, actively running airprint and not in standby mode. it also needs to be on the same network as the iOS device. If you can establish all that and still cant print do a cold restart the iPhone and try agian.
You can't, it's built into the iPad.

its built into iOS. you would need to disable it on the printer device
