can apple store unlock my disabled phone?

hey there, before i come in to your store i need to know if you are able to unlock a locked phone before fixing the screen. it's locking itself out because it continues to press it's own buttons on the lock screen. i can't back up my data because the phone is locked so it won't connect to pc. I need the screen fixed but can't lose any of my data, photos, messages etc on the phone. are you able to unlock it so i can back it up before fixing the screen?

No. They don't have a way of doing that. If they did, the FBI wouldn't have had to spend over a $1,000,000 to find a workaround that would let them try to unlock an old phone.

okay sorry, this is my first post in this community group. this message is what i emailed them so i just copied and pasted it to here to see if anybody could help. I thought surely they have a way of unlocking phones being the storenofnthe product, but I will just have to ask them. thank you.
