iPhone SE and ASUS USB Charger Plus

Hello, is it OK for my iPhone if I charge it via USB 3.0 on my ASUS Laptop? And I'm not talking about a standard port because I know those only supply like 800mA, I'm talking about a SS-USB port (the one with the little lightning near it). I'd also like to point out that the notebook has 3 USB ports: 1 x USB 2.0, 2 x USB 3.0 ports (of which one is marked as "SS")

Every time I plug my iPhone in it, a popup appears stating that "Quick Charge has been enabled for your device" and to be fair it does charge it at same speed as using a normal charger.

It won't charge or fry my iPhone right? Thank you for your help!
