I have New MacBook 12" since September 2015, battery CC is still 16, but since last week the battery indicator was "replace now". Why did this New MacBook's battery wear off just less than 2 years with normal daily use ? Have anyone have experiences ?

If you're nowhere near 1000 cycles, there's probably no real reason except some parts are not made as well as others. Your battery sounds like it was one of those, and it died prematurely.
At least try resetting the SMC: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201295.
Unfortunately, I had tried many times to reset SMC, but there was no result, the battery died prematurely and the battery indicator still stuck on replace now with CC just 16. And it is difficult to have AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) which provide a ready stock battery replacement for New MacBook 12" in Surabaya-East Java, Indonesia. What a bad luck.
You've used it for at least 1,000 recharge cycles. Make an appointment at the Apple Genius Bar for service. If needed find an Apple Store - Find a Store - Apple.
