MY APPLE ID HAS BEEN HACKED

My apple id was hacked by someone today and that person STOLE my payment information and used my card around $2000!!. I need this money back. Last night I bought an $2.15 app in App Store. and today I got an message that someone used my card in Walmart and some other random places and even in Canada and spent about $2000. I'm living in US. I am SO upset.Right after I got that weird messages, I tried to access to my apple account and then the notification message told me that random person in Waterway, NY accessed my account. Then I realized my ID and especially my card information was hacked. I am so dissappointed at the Apple's privacy management. I need an imediate feedback ASAP. I deleted my card information rigth at this moment but my money is stolen my random person, Help me please.

Use the Contact Apple Support link at the bottom of the support document page, or you can use the link at the top of the page here to contact Apple Support. You will need them for assistance.

Yes it said allow or don't allow the access from waterway ny today which is a definite proof that someone hacked my id and password and was able to access my account and information. Ofcourse at that moment I said don't allow but it was too late at that moment

It's not possible to retrieve the full credit card information by logging into your account. Neither is it possible to set up Apple Pay using your card without physical possession of the card.

An attempt to log into your account from a different device in another city is NOT proof that your account was compromised. It may be evidence that someone attempted to compromise your account.


If you believe your account may have been compromised, follow the link already posted by Chris, above. As for the fraudulent charges on your card, contact your bank.

Good point however then there is no way that I got my card hacked in other ways. Also, this person not only bought offline but also online. And that notification comes up only if I typed my id and password correctly not just by attempting. That is to say that it is telling me that someone did get my correct id and password. And if that person submitted right id and password, eventhough the person doesn't need my approval of my phone, it's eligible for him or her to access all of the informations.
