How to install Bonjour for iTunes? (WIN10)

So my computer broke big time and I had to wipe it entirely.

I have used iTunes for years and years so naturally I have reinstalled it as my main music player, but now it's telling me that a component called Bonjour is missing and refuses to start.

I have tried reinstalling and repairing only to get the same problem, and I have tried finding Bonjour on the internet to no avail. (or at least, to no recent updated software version)

What even is it, why is it not installing with iTunes from the download page if it's 100% REQUIRED to even use iTunes and most importantly why do I even need it?

I don't particularly care for networking, this is my personal music player for my personal computer where there are no other computers to even network with.
