Picture becomes almost blur when uploaded on WhatsApp or Facebook with my iPhone 7 plus. Even if the pictures are taken from the same iPhone.
Is anybody else facing the same issue?
Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

Okay, it sounds more likely that it is a problem with those apps, and not the iPhone.
I would suggest contacting Apple Support, as they can try to diagnose what exactly the problem is, and provide some further troubleshooting steps.

Usually when uploading a photo to Facebook etc, they downgrade the photo, so it isn't the full resolution.

Yes the pictures look perfectly normal in photos and even when I upload them to Mac photos.
This blur problem occurs only when I upload them to WhatsApp (as a profile picture, or a photo status or while sending to someone) and Facebook via iPhone7Plus. I an getting this issue after upgrading to iPhone 7 Plus before that I was using iPhone 6 and there were no issues.
But this is not happening with iPhone 7 or iPhone 6/6S that my family members are using.
