Apple repair prices vs Authorized service repair

The short info, have an iPhone 6 Plus, which is out of warranty and my screen is now so cracked it is time to change the entire screen.

Searching around and to keep my iPhone in "good standing" with Apple, I found Apple's pricelist of services/repair.

An iPhone 6 Plus screen repair is listed to DKK 1.342,25 (Official USD price 149).
I then contacted some of the Apple listed authorized service provider, and they tell me the price for a screen replacement is DKK 1.980,00 (equivalent to around USD 227). How can it be that official service providers are more expensive than Apple's listed price?

And if the difference in price is valid, how can I get the price Apple is listing, when the site keeps referring me to authorized service providers for a repair.

iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 10.3.2

I finally managed to call Apple support.

Apparently the Advisor was not aware of the prices listed on Apple's website:

After checking with a colleague the response was, Apple only do service with those prices for devices bought directly from Apple.com. It is not available for Apple products bought at retail stores or carriers, no matter the warranty status.
