Canon iR-ADV C5035 Will NOT Print

Hey there, I cannot for the life of me get my new computer to print to the Canon iR-ADV C5035. I have tried "suggested" drivers, different versions of the drivers and even other printer drivers as a workaround with no luck. I am setting it up through IP address if that helps in answering this question. All of the Windows machines I have set this printer up on have worked just fine by installing a driver for the C5085 as a workaround however, none of those steps have seemed to have any effect on this issue. When I do get the printer added, "Setting Up," just stalls with no progress. Once I have added the printer when I print it shows as connected and will display Supply level, it will say Printing - Connected to Printer and that is it.

I will be patiently waiting all of your helpful remarks!!!

Cheers!

direct drivers from Canon are dated 05/02/17 and will support up to 10.12.4 at this time

you have a subcontractor providing support.

does this device connect to a RIP system or image processing server?

if so you may need drivers from another provider such as Firey.

Contact your support provider, contact Canon and let them know the provider is unwilling to help, or contact the provider and ask them to refund the cost of the system in return for the device if they will not support it.
