Apple are not here, just other end users like you. Also, Skype is not an Apple product so not even an Apple emplyee can help you. Skype is owned by Microsoft--you need to contact Skype support:

This is not a reply but I think we have the same issue. Apple has charged my credit card so as to top up my Skype account. However my Skype account has NOT been been topped up. How do I get this rectified ? I.e. Either I,receive a credit on my credit card or my Skype account gets increased. How does someone in Apple get involved?
