How to get my purchased ringtones back
I bought ring tones on my Iphobe 6s plus and moved to the iPhone 7 plus now I can't find them.
Sync them to the phone from your computer's iTunes. If you don't have them in the Tones section of your computer's iTunes library do you have them in your backup of your computer/library, or still have the old phone so that you can copy them over to your computer's iTunes library (File > Devices > Transfer Purchases) ?
