You can try one of Apple's recycling partners and they will give you an Apple Gift card for a fraction of the value of your iPad that you can use to buy anything you want at an Apple store.

Otherwise sell your iPad and user the money you get from the sale to buy a new iPad. Though you'll still need to put up the difference.
