I was asked to enter a phone number to be used to verify my ID with a text message but country code is not listed. I have a Greek itunes account but work in Montenegro and use a Montenegrin SIM card.
Any other way to turn on two factor authentication?
The Montenegro country code is 382 (According to Google). This is what they say.

I tried to activate two factor authentication through "settings" in my iPhone 7. I am asked to enter a phone number but when scrolling down to find country code, Montenegro is not listed.
List of country codes is preset and cannot be edited; at least using an iphone.
