Hello, I'm on iOS 10.3.2 & I'm using an iPhone 5. I don't know why but I found the auto brightness toggle on Setting>General>Accessibility>Magnifier
I don't know if Apple misplaced it or intentionally put it there.

the people who doesn‘t FIND the switch and
the people who do NOT HAVE exactly this switch (but the description for it)🤔

Did you replace the screen or any of the sensors on the phone?
This bug seems to be related to third party screens and newer iOS...
My screen cracked and I got it changed at local repair center.
