New icon in the lock screen

Hi,

I recently updated my iphone 7+ to the latest IOS. After that a new icon appears in my lock screen (left down of the screen) which sometimes shows Music, Whatsapp and Telegram.

The problem is when i push them to the up, the application opens with out asking me my passcode or finger print and turn the phone unlock completely. How can i turn this off?
