Iphone 5s overheating and battery drain issue

My battery started to drain so fast. For like 1-2 hours of use. I changed the battery, but the problem was not fixed. It is getting to 102,2 ℉. I even restored my iphone twice. I even updated it to the last IOS, since I hadn't did it for more than a year. But there is no change.. The phone is still overheating and the battery is draining even when I don't use the it. Could you give me some advice what should I do ?

Mine's been overheating too since the last couple software updates. Mostly when in the car navigating. Sometimes it takes hours (and some fridge time) to get it to come back on. I went through the whole list of things you can do to run cooler (How To Fix iPhone Overheating and Getting Hot Issue). Most of them were obvious, turn off wifi, blue tooth, location/gps. The one that works best is settings/battery, turn on low power mode. Of course all of these actions reduce value of the iPhone. I'm using an Android phone for navigating etc. until Apple starts to care again about clients. 10 people have this question from over a month ago, not a peep from Apple. Another example of bad coding followed up with bad customer service.
