how do i use my extra iCloud storage
My iPhone has run out of space,i have paid for extra iCloud stooge however its not working

iCloud storage may not be a big help if you have run out of storage on your phone. iCloud is primarily a syncing service rather than a cloud-only storage service. If you have iCloud Photo Library turned on you can potentially free up some storage on the phone by turning on Settings > [username] > iCloud > Photos > Optimize iPhone Storage.
