iCloud Add-In with Outlook 2016 and Windows Creator's edition - Data Execution Prevention

Hi all, hope someone has a suggestion.

Two PCs in our organization recently received the Windows 10 Creator's Update. Since that time, I've been unable to get the iCloud add-in for Outlook 2016 to enable.

I have uninstalled iCloud, downloaded and installed the latest version, done the various registry hacks to force it to load, with reboots in between, etc, as detailed in many previous posts, but the net result is that it will not enable.

Even if I start Outlook as administrator and enable the add-in, it IMMEDIATELY disables itself. Each time, the reason is given as "Data Execution Prevention".

Since we're talking about a 64 bit machine, I'm unable to disable DEP even as a test.

So far, I've tried everything in these threads:

iCloud Add-in Keeps Disabling Itself in Outlook 2013

WIndows 10 Creators update & iCloud

Always Load an Outlook Addin

iCloud Doesn't Sync

Any ideas, or do I need to wait for Apple to publish a new version?

This worked for me

1. Run Outlook as Administrator.

2. Go to File > Options > Add-ins.

3. Click GO next to COM Add-ins.

4. Select the iCloud Outlook Add-in and REMOVE it.

5. Close and restart Outlook as Administrator.

6. Go back to File > Options > Add-ins.

7. Click GO next the COM Add-ins.

8. Click Add and find APLZOD32.DLL on your machine. (c:]prgram fiels x86)\common files\apple\internet sevies\aplzod32.dll

9. Close and then restart Outlook normally (NOT as administrator).
