I redeemed the gift card and it was processing, but then the webpage closed and when i try to redeem it again, it says it's already been redeemed...yet there is no balance in my account.

If you have bought a card that has already been redeemed somehow then Apple cannot share the information about which account it was redeemed to and when.

You cannot get that information. Try signing out of your account and then back in again. In some cases the error message is issued in error after the card has been redeemed to your account. You just shared it on a public forum for the whole world to see. 😮 If your code wasn't already compromised it is now. Sign out of your account and back in again, in case the balance then shows. Otherwise see If you can't redeem your App Store & iTunes Gift Card, Apple Music Gift Card, or content code - Apple Support and contact Apple Support for help. I don't think that they can give you the specific information you've asked for, nor would it help you.

I entered my gift card into iTunes and saw where it loaded into my account but under the balance in the redeem section in the front it still has the old total. I don’t want to lose a hundred bucks! Now what??
I downloaded a $50 I-tunes card yesterday morning, but the balance in my account has not changed. I have signed out of the account and turned off both my devices, but the addition still doesn't appear to have been made. I don't want to lose my money.
Also I have already logged in and out again as well as turned my phone on and off.

Yes. i redeem gift card gives the balance then go on my computer says different balance.
I logged out and logged back in twice, and the new balance still isn't appearing.
Realize this topic is marked as "solved" so people in search of question to answer are less likely to look at it, it will mostly be viewed by people in search of a solution.
I am allowed one silly question a week --- Where is the solution? I logged off and on several times but redeemed amounts still do not show up in the total balance.
