I redeemed the gift card and it was processing, but then the webpage closed and when i try to redeem it again, it says it's already been redeemed...yet there is no balance in my account.

Hello iTunes gift card says already been used but I didn't get the balance or money in my account
I logged out and logged in again and it solved the problem. the balance magically appeared!😕
