How to connect to a certain BSSID via Terminal

Hi,

I would like to connect to a certain wifi network. There are two networks with the same SSID, but the BSSID is different. How can I connect to a wifi network via terminal with the BSSID, NOT the SSID.

P.S. I have setup the airport command.

MacBook Pro (13-inch Mid 2012), macOS Sierra (10.12), null

There is no need to use Terminal. Please read macOS Sierra: Join a hidden Wi-Fi network. You may also require the following: AirPort: Unable to join a Wi-Fi network with hidden SSID (Wi-Fi network name) - Apple Support.

The wifi network is not hidden.
