Carrier Settings Update Failure

I missed a call back last night from the apple tech but I tried connecting to iTunes before bed and my phone update to 28.4 as well. Looks like tragedy averted! I'm glad to hear everyone else is getting the correct update as well.

So It's October of 2017, I got my iphone 7plus 128gb (But AT&T) back in February. My phone has been glitchy of all sorts for probably the past 4 months, I thought it was my sim card and it doesn't appear to be. I've reset my phone to factory settings, I've done everything. Just today I got the notification that I have a carrier setting update but my phone or itunes will not show it. My phone has also stopped receiving voicemails entirely or in a timely manner and I got the error today saying mobilephone error 1035 when I tried to record a new voicemail greeting. It seems everybody started having problems around the same time, so I'm curious to know if any of you figured yours out or if you all think it might be possible that apple released a batch of defective iphone 7/7plus's.

At this point, probably best to wait for iOS 10.3.3 to see if the Carrier Settings Update is fixed.

Just to clarify the ipcc website that I mentioned gets the files directly from apple servers.

Agree with not using carrier settings from source other than carrier.Resetting network didn't work according to provided instructions didn't work for me.

As I've noted before if you click the download link for the .ipcc file itself you'll see that the domain is from Apple themself. There's nothing malicious going on with this.

My phones also been really buggy, I've actually considered trying the iOS 11 public beta in hopes that it works better than iOS 10.3.2 it's crazy man.
