iphoto to amazon prime photo with out losing events and albums

Hi,

I have over 25000 photos organized in more than 30 events and 10 albums in Iphoto in a macbook with macOS sierra 10.12.4 there are 2 things I will like to ask

1. What is the best way to export them to amazon photoprime HOPEFULLY maintaining the events and folders and not having to reclassify my thousands of pictures.

2. For moments where I wont have internet I will like to have my pictures in an external hard drive where I can find them easily, therefore HOPEFULLY maintaining the events and folders

Thank you

MacBook (13-inch Mid 2010)

Sounds like you will need to export the original photos in each event to a folder on your EHD with the following settings:

User uploaded file

Do the same for the album but realize that you will be duplicating photos as any photo that is in an album is also in an Event.

Name each folder the same as the Event or Album the photos are from. Then you can upload them to Amazon Prime folder by folder.

Warning: exporting the original file will not include any metadata, i.e. titles, descriptions, keywords or locations, that were added to the files in iPhoto. If you want to include that info export as jpegs as follows:.
