I've noticed that some emoji's show up as question mark black blocks in Whatsapp between a friend's Samsung and my iPhone. I'm running iOS 10.3.2, which according to the software update is the latest.

Is there any solution for this?

This is probably not a problem with your phone but one with WhatsApp.

It means that there is a mismatch between the fonts on the iPhone and the Samsung. The solution is to use words instead of little cartoons. Text will always go through properly.
