Shortcut to delete ALL photos from iCloud?

iCloud backup is already disabled on my devices. I just need to figure out how to delete all the photos from the photo library in iCloud.

So here's the problem: I'm on iCloud.com on my PC, and I want to delete ALL photos in my library, but everything I have read thus far is saying I have to individually select each photo in order to delete them all. This is completely ricidulous. I have hundreds of photos to delete, and I'm not going to waste time selecting every one of them if there's a quicker and easier way -- especially when one misclick means I have to start all over again.

Is there some kind of "select all" button I'm missing, or is Apple really just this unintuitive?

Apple removed the Select option in the last update.

If you hold down the command key while clicking each photo it will allow you to delete all those clicked at once. I think on a PC you use the control key.

Send Apple feedback. They won't answer, but at least will know there is a problem or a suggestion for change. If enough people send feedback, it may get the problem/suggested change solved sooner.
