Two-factor authentication won't send code on manage apple id page

Hi there, so my phone is disabled and I have two-factor authentication on for the phone and a macbook air. I've been told to remove the two-step authentication before I proceed to restore my phone by going to https://appleid.apple.com and when I log in, it ask for the two-factor authentication code that's been sent to the devices. Please enter the code to continue. But the code didn't pop up, and I keep resending the code, but it's not sending still. Both of my devices is trusted using the T-F authentication, but it doesn't send me the code on my macbook. So if it sends to my phone, then I can't access it since it's disabled.

Edit:

Because my phone is disabled, I can't use FaceTime, messenger or mail on my laptop (using the same iCloud), and when I try to log in to iCloud through system preferences, it says error.

Please help me gain access to the system, it won't send me the code 😟

Thanks for your help.

Hello Silent_Soul,

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.

I see that you are having an issue with receiving the verification code for two-factor authentication. You can start with this support article: Two-factor authentication for Apple ID

There are a couple of questions in the "Help and frequently asked questions" section. Specifically:

What if I don’t have access to a trusted device or didn't receive a verification code?

If you're signing in and don’t have a trusted device handy that can display verification codes, you can have a code sent to your trusted phone number via text or a phone call instead. Click Didn't Get a Code on the sign in screen and choose to send a code to your trusted phone number. You can also get a code directly from Settings on a trusted device. Learn how to get a verification code.

and

If I can't sign in, how do I regain access to my account?

If you can’t sign in, reset your password, or receive verification codes, you can request account recovery to regain access to your account. Account recovery is an automatic process designed to get you back in to your account as quickly as possible while denying access to anyone who might be pretending to be you. It might take a few days—or longer—depending on what specific account information you can provide to verify your identity.

Best regards.
