Sync iphone with new itunes without losing music

If this music was purchased from iTunes, I believe that you should be able to transfer the songs and playlist into the new iTunes library.

Redownload or transfer your iTunes Store purchases from an iPhone, iPad, or iPod to a computer - Apple Support

If the music was imported from CD's, you will need a third party app. Something like this....
