when will apple give us the option of minimize a call or not let it not take over the entire screen while your busy using an app?

we need to have a way or even an update that minimize the incoming call screen. its kinda annoying when your using an app and someone calls you but you dont want to be rude and send them to voicemail so instead why not have a way where you can put the incoming call i the background so you can go ahead and continue whatever you were doing?

What? I have no clue what you are on about. Perhaps you would want to type out your sentences in English?

And, again, you jailbreak your phone, you get no support, and for very good reasons. Why would we waste our time trying to troubleshoot something that you have altered to work outside of the way it is designed to work? Every problem is potentially caused by that change. There is no way to support it:

APPLE'S JAILBREAK WARNING

And why would you presume to say "if you have wine running on it"? I don't put crap on my Mac.

It's been on every iPhone for 9+ years. Answer the call, then press the HOME button and go to whatever app you want. The call will be minimized to a green bar at the top of the screen, and the rest of the screen will display the app you have chosen. To return to the call tap the green bar.

What you said was you didn't want to "send them to voicemail", so no, you were not clear at all. And what difference does it make whether they go to voicemail after 5 rings or if they go after 1 ring? Either way, you are not picking up.

It's a phone. That is what it primarily is. If you don't want phone calls disturbing you while you are doing other things, then put the phone on DND.

Guess you never had your phone jail broken and to say IPhone isn't the handset for me then smh shame on you. Callbar takes away the whole idea of the incoming call from a full screen to notification size. People gonna always love a certain product and u have a set that want a certain feature and some that just want to be plain. I don't know where U fall but I would like to customize it sometimes to give a different feel. Sooooooo instead of DND (which is the same as blocking a call cause it sends it straight to voicemail) I rather the smaller incoming call screen.

No, I've not jailbroken my phone, as it is a source of identified problems with the phone, and violates the software license. I have no idea who this smh is that you are referring to in your last two posts, but I'm not sure what they have to do with this.

However, at this time, you cannot do what you are asking, speculation about what Apple may or may not do in the future is prohibited by the Terms of Service you agreed to in joining the forum, and your only option at this time is feedback, and you have been provided that link. Good luck in your quest. By the way, I'm quite glad my phone provides me with a full screen notification for a call, then there is no doubt who it is that is calling me. So I guess that I want that certain feature.

1. Your question was when will Apple give us the option. Only Apple could answer that question, any attempt by anyone else is speculation.

2. I'm sorry, I use standard English when preparing my responses, not texting language. It tends to make responses much clearer to the receiver than "smh", or "u".

Again, all you can do is provide feedback to Apple.
