I got the black screen with a spinning wheel and had to reset my phone. I come back into it to find it has downloaded this blank app called kphone. I deleted and it come back the next time my phone turnt off. I went to settings and storage and saw it's still there everytime I pressed delete it come back immediately

Have you tried deleting the app, then resetting your device: Hold down the Home and Power buttons at the same time and continue to hold them both down until the Apple appears (up to 30 seconds). Once the Unlock screen displays, see if the issue is resolved.
If it is not, then if you have a backup that was made before the issue started, then you can erase your device (Settings>General>Reset>Erase All Content & Settings), then restore it from that backup:

I tried the first bit and it hasn't changed anything. This is what the app looks like. I'll try the second bit you suggested
Hmm. The only thing that comes up when I search for this is a knockoff iPhone brand. Are you sure you have an official iPhone from Apple ?
Yeah this is definitely a proper iPhone SE. It's just an undeletable app. Everytime I delete it, it comes back.
Is your iPhone managed by someone, like an employer? If so they may have setup a profile to make sure that certain apps are installed by default.
No it's my personal phone. I'm worried it's a fault in the phone or a virus
