how to change download directory for ios updates?

I am having trouble of downloading my ios update from my iTunes, for the reason that my C Drive is almost full. Is there a way to change the download directory to D Drive?

iPhone 5, iOS 7.0.6

I do not think that's possible. I'm certainly sure all the downloads will be put in your \user\appdata\ folder.

Try updating the apps on your iOS device via the App Store : )

You cannot move the Mobile Applications folder independently of the rest of the media folder. In practice it is better to move the entire library as a unit. See Make a split library portable for details.
