My activity app is not working

The following steps may help:
If you have not yet done so, update your iPhone and Apple Watch to the latest software, starting with your iPhone:
Check that you have fully set up the Activity app on your watch:
Check that Wrist Detection is turned on and that, if passcode is enabled, you are unlocking your watch after placing it on your wrist
On your iPhone, go to: Settings > Privacy > Motion & Fitness - check that both Fitness Tracking and Health are enabled.
On your iPhone, in the Watch app, go to: My Watch > Privacy > Motion & Fitness - turn on Fitness Tracking and Heart Rate.
Check that you are wearing your watch sufficiently snugly on the top of your wrist (if it is worn too loosely, your watch may believe that it has been removed from your wrist).
Check that your personal information remains accurate:
Restart both your iPhone and your Apple Watch, turning both off together, then restarting your iPhone first:

Don’t know if this helps but I had to turn off “I’m Driving”
After my first use in a car, activity app stopped working
We was out walking as no matter how far we walking it didn’t register on my watch
Turned I’m Driving to manual and everything back to normal now
