Youtube doesn't work on wifi but it works on mobile internet

iphone 6s 16 gb ios version is 10.3.2

Youtube app and youtube web doesn't work on wi-fi.Youtube search is working but when i open the video it doesn't play.But both app and mobile youtube web are fine when i use mobile internet. İ tried to delete and re-install the app but it did not work.
