How to rearrange icons on iPad home page

Simply hold down on the app until they start shaking and have a small X icon do not press the x icon, instead move the desired apps if you want I move them to another place I suggest moving them to your home bar and switching to the page you want them in and then place it where you want to, Good luck.

Hold down any app and they will appear with little x's in the top right. Press those x's if you want to delete the apps. hold and drag any app to where you want to move it. You can also hold an app over another to create folders and rename those folders.
