MDP To MDP Cables Brands

Hi,

I'm looking for a Mini DisplayPort to Mini DisplayPort cable. Are there any brands that you would recommend?

What about the brands PRO-BEST and LINDY?

Mine is a 17-inch, Mid 2010 MacBook Pro, what version of the MDP to MDP cable should I get?

BTW, average price(quality) MDP to MDP cables, and HDMI cables that came with the display + MDP to HDMI adapters. Which should I choose?
