They charged me also tonight and I spent four hours speaking to five people via Norton absolute scam. They say get refund from Apple but Apple says it’s no refund option?! Can anyone help? I am severely visually impaired I never wanted the trial I was forced to get it in an European airport to access WiFi

I have been desperately trying to cancel as receive a refund for the Norton Antivirus plan that has just renewed. I’ve been trying for days and they don’t make it easy. Now it has been charged to my account and I’m so frustrated. Can you please help me?

Go to iTunes main page bottom of page apple I'd click that view I'd Go to manage subscriptions delete the one,s you don't want to pay for.
